Transportation to accommodations, sightseeing to planned activities, meal plans to relaxation, Capital Tours takes every precaution to ensure your group enjoys a memorable, safe, rewarding experience. An extensive network of on-site and off-site resources, well-trained personnel, and on-call communications enable 24/7 response to any emergency that may arise. Free chaperone ratio can be customized to meet each school’s needs, and in addition to tour representatives, leaders and chaperones, dedicated private security guards provide overnight coverage every night your group is on tour.

As a member of the National Tour Association, Capital Tours, Inc. carries both general and professional liability insurance. In addition, each member of the group is covered for up to $100,000 accidental medical, $5,000 accidental death and dismemberment, and $2,000 accidental dental.
