From planning to safe return, it's a total experience.
- Your class trip will be designed by our staff to meet your specifications
from the length of your stay to the specific sites you wish to visit.
- Your group will be met by a Capital Tours, Inc. representative who is
assigned to your group from arrival at your destination until departure.
- Accommodations at a first class hotel, private bath, color TV, air
conditioning, (quadruple occupancy for students - double occupancy
for chaperones).
- Private security guards to relieve your chaperones each night your
group is on tour.
- Free chaperone ratio can be customized to meet school's needs.
- A variety of meal plans available.
- A variety of evening activities to choose from, which will surely delight
your students and chaperones alike.
- Motor coach service, air conditioned with lavatory facilities.
- Capital Tours, Inc. carries both general and professional liability
insurance, as required for membership in the National Tour Association.
- In addition, each member of the group is covered for up to $100,000
accidental medical, $5,000 accidental death and dismemberment, and
$2,000 accidental dental.
- All taxes and tips in hotels and restaurants are included in the tour fare.
Bus drivers and escort gratuities at the discretion of the group.
